「The staff were wonderful. Their English was limited, but if you were patient then they were. We ate dinner there our first night and it was fabulous. Breakfast was great. They provided a bus pass to the city using #172. But you could use other South Tyrol buses with the pass. We were able to use bus# 350 back to Bolzano. 」

「Family run boutique hotel who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Our time spent at Villa Gabriela was the highlight of our trip through the Dolomites! Property is beautiful both inside and outside. Wellness spa including jacuzzi, sauna, steam room. Breakfast is elaborate and delicious. Staying in for the 5 course meal is a MUST- the best meal of our entire trip through Europe. We will definitely be visiting again. 」

「We had a wonderful stay here, with a friendly front desk and perfect comfort. The hotel was very clean, and the pleasant scent of wood in the room made us feel relaxed. Breakfast was excellent, and the view while enjoying it in the morning was another delight. Dinner at the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant, Anna Stuben, gave us a truly memorable experience as well. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Ortisei. Highly recommended!」
