「The best thing of this hotel is as titled, and it's super easy to find it out when you exit Metro station. It's a really advantage for new visitors! But there is no reception desk in this hotel, only the kitchen / snack bar staff servered my check-in and check-out, answered my questions. All the staff I met in this hotel can't speak or understand English, so the communication is not so smooth. Some of them are not so friendly to guest, which is a disappointment. Room is tidy, that's good....

「The hotel is really nice, modern, clean, easy access to Barajas downtown, great for a short overnight stop in Madrid」

「It was an okay-ish stay. The place seemed was built with grandeur in mind but they haven't given it the proper upkeep recently. The thermostat was broken, the restroom's trashcan was broken; toiletries were what you would expect from a 2 star hotel. It was, however,very close from the airport and they provided a free shuttle. So it can be very efficient if you don't care too much about details and just want a place to crash for a couple of hours and take a basic shower.」
