"Miles Smith made our check-in process so smooth. This was a breath of fresh air after our Universal hotel experiences a few days prior. Hotel is walking distance to Epcot and Boardwalk area. We took Friendship Boats each day - allow more time than you think for the boats because they make several stops. "

"It was nice I saw kids enjoying the lazy river on one pool and the slide had kids playing with no problem. I have 7 kids and I think they would really enjoy this resort."

"Lovely place to stay the night before our Disney cruise! Very relaxing to sit by the pool and enjoy the sunset, and then we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the hotel bar and grill. Room was clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly, and checking in for our transportation to the port was easy and done right at the hotel! "
