「这家酒店真的好大好大，而且装修相当精美，像个城堡一样，随处可见的艺术品增添了极致高级的格调，客户经理还会在大堂弹钢琴，宽敞的露天泳池和丰盛摩登的餐厅以及这里的一切都太令人难忘，住在这里感觉自己就像是一个贵族一样，太有感觉了！强烈推荐这家酒店！ 唯一的缺点可能是房间吧，开始给我们的房间没有窗户，后来换了一个有窗户的但是是连通房，和隔壁靠一扇门挡着。这种设计真心反人类，导致隔音很糟糕，但是在印度又很常见，希望酒店能把这些门拆掉改成实心墙。」

「This hotel was perfect for us - we spent a week exploring Chennai, and found the location worked very well; there is easy access to the (easy to use) metro, a large mall is nearby, as well as coffee shops and inexpensive restaurants aplenty. The hotel itself is spotless, the staff very friendly and responsive, and the breakfast was excellent. There's nothing FANCY here, but a clean and quiet room, comfortable bed and linen, and pleasant people to interact with. Perfect for our needs.」

「之前曾经通过携程预订在这里住过十晚，当时曾经遇到一些WiFi网速问题和房门隔音不好楼下传来噪音的问题，但是都得到了酒店及时妥善的解决，工作人员都很耐心。 这次入住感觉网速有了明显的提升，房间还是那么整洁干净，屋内的设计一贯的统一而优雅，位于市中心交通也非常便利。内部的围楼设计非常奢华，尤其到了晚上的灯光开启后，整个大堂有种电影里的感觉。 酒店最大的亮点就是健身房和游泳池了，空间都非常大，适合热爱运动的人士入住，这里可以说是我在金奈住过的最大泳池和健身房了。同时体验过一次Spa，非常舒适惬意。 酒店的早餐种类丰富，光线很好，早上用餐令人感觉心情愉悦。但是就是肉类较少，希望以后能多提供一些肉类。 最后，还是感谢酒店工作人员热情的招待与贴心的服务，以后还会继续入住的。」
