"I recently stayed at The Leela Palace Chennai, and while we faced several challenges during our stay, I would especially like to appreciate Duty Manager Arghya Sarkar. We had issues with the room, AC, and food service, which left us quite disappointed initially. However, when we met Mr. Arghya Sarkar, everything changed in terms of how we felt as guests. He was extremely polite, patient, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to listen carefully to our concerns without interruption and handled the situation with professionalism and empathy. In hospitality, problems can happen — but what truly matters is how they are handled. Mr. Sarkar’s calm demeanor, respectful communication, and sincere effort to make things right made a real difference to us. Because of people like him, we would still consider coming back to The Leela. Thank you, sir, for restoring our faith and for showing what true hospitality looks like🙏"

"Bathroom had mould on the walls and sink area. Charged to be seated at the lobby. No other 5 star hotel does that. Room was very average. "

"The hotel was everything that we expected. There were few facilities but we didn’t expect any. Staff helpful and friendly. Room comfortable and well appointed. Area around the hotel felt safe . There were restaurants , takeaways and shops nearby so good location but no attractions to walk to that we could find. Round the corner from a busy hospital so some noise but plenty of tuk tuks"
