「I totally enjoy this stay. Better than expected. I arrived late and only stay for one night so didn’t have too much time to experience all the facilities. It’s go Sauna room, swimming pool (for both adult and children), gaming room, children play room, spa services. What impressed me is the handicap free design inside the room. 「We had a very pleasant stay and the house was clean and tidy. If you want to experience like staying at home, this is a very good place to stay. The front desk ( Mr.Manivannan/ Mrs.Thanumathy/ Mr.Arun) and support staff ( Mr.Rabi ) was very polite and prompt in their service. 「2 night stop before flying from the airport. A nice hotel, friendly service and complementary breakfast, which is delivered to your room and resembles an airline type meal. The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. Good Wifi and AC. Very close to the metro (8 minute walk) and then 5 stops (15 minutes) to the airport, which is the reason I chose this hotel. 「this has been rated and advertised as a four-star hotel but it is not. It is hardly a two star there is nobody at the lobby. After hours There is a cleaner/ receptionist Nepali guy who hardly speaks any English caveat emptor. No tissue paper in toilet , the room is smelly and outdated , did not feel safe 」

「The worst hotel u can ever find. 1) Upon check in was Informed at the reception that they can’t accept the booking and they are fully sold out. Time of our check in was around 8.30PM. 2) The person at the reception was drunk and clearly intoxicated. 3) the same person at the reception was extremely rude as he didn’t have an answer while the guest turned up after CONFIRMED Booking. 4) Money gone as there was no way of refund. 5) we had to book another hotel for the night stay 」
