Nice, clean, new hotel

Lovely place. New, clean and very friendly. But building work outside, which is not the hotels fault, but made it quite noisy. We booked a balcony room but had to move because of the noise to the other side of the hotel and we didn't get a balcony.

Lots of little touches to make the stay more memorable, like the welcome with flower garland, tika and drink and the flower art in our room. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Luxury home away from home

Excellent services, food, and room too. These are high-end service apartments that have been converted into hotel rooms so each has a huge fridge, dishwasher, stove and washing machine. The only difference between this and any other 5-star hotel is that it has only 1 restaurant - a coffee shop. The managers of the coffee shop, however, are extra caring and attentive. The whole experience is a luxury home away from home.
