「This is a basic hotel. Nothing special, but fully adequate. I’d stay here on a return visit to Florence. 」

「We were looking for a place just to sleep in Gold Canyon, and this turned out surprisingly nice and to be a great value. The room was clean and spacious and we appreciated the lounge next door for a quick dinner. They have a pool (cool water) and weight room which we didn't use but they're there. Would stay again」

「酒店各方面都还不错，但是赶上停车场正在施工，没有提供足够的停车位，以至于回到酒店没有地方放车，与酒店人员沟通也不太顺畅，酒店的人不管。最后只能把车放在了不是停车位的地方。我觉得既然停车场施工酒店的工作人员应该批出其他地方供旅客停车。以减少不便。」

「Super-8 hotels vary a lot. Some are good. Some are terrible. This is one of the good ones. A small thing that I appreciate is the TV service they have is superior to what I have seen lately at other hotels, including Marriot and IHG -- better selection of channels, including on-demand channels that have GOOD MOVIES and NO ADVERTISING.」

「Not enough parking spots for the amount of people staying there. Lots of vehicles parked in the emergency lanes. I was told if I parked there I could be towed. Room was ok staff was friendly I did not eat breakfast there and I did not use the hot tub. 」

「They blew my reservation and the not nice at all lady that was there was very unprofessional she called the police on me I stayed there a bunch of times already on previous dates never again will I recommend this place to anyone and the group I was with will also never stay there again」

「Misleading/confusion finding apartment: Recommend adding the exact address for the main gate. Difficult finding exact apartment. Numbers on roadside of apartments. Recommend adding to instructions to look for the building marker on a sidewalk post, not on the actual building. Access instructions seemed to suggest that there was a designated parking spot for the unit. Circled around numerous times looking for designated spot, but never found one. Only areas with designated parking numbers...

「I received so many emails that was confusing. The place was nice and new! The IKEA furniture wasn’t very comfortable except the beds were very comfortable! We had a bit of miscommunication but our stay was close to family members that we were visiting and we enjoyed that. 」
