「The hall carpeting looked super old. My room stunk when I got there. I had to go buy air freshener it was so bad. The freezer section of the refrigerator was all iced over and it froze half my food that I brought with me. Very disappointing. And a lot of homeless hanging around nearby at an AM/PM store.」

「We had an ok stay overall. It's a quiet area and check-in was easy. The sign on the elevator said it can hold only two people at a time but it wasn't busy enough for this to be a problem at the time of our stay. The room was clean and the A/C was efficient most of the time, it did get a bit warm while we were sleeping. The buffet at this location left much to be desired. Even though breakfast was included, I opted to go to Starbucks on our second day. So, not bad but not great.」

「The property was clean, staff was ok. The only problem was I chose Homewood Suites for the pool amenities. When I got there the pool was shut down from health inspection. I wish they would have disclosed that to us. The sent us down to the other properties pool. That pool was disgusting. I won’t be staying there again.」

「Some of the staff are very rude especially front desk Jasmine some rooms have bugs and they allow pets that are not leashed which I was frightened of when on my way to work. They do try to accommodate to switch rooms if your unhappy parking is ok but my kid car had got hit from the back while parked. Housekeeper Carmen is very nice property manager is nice.」

「Site said double bed and showed pictures of 2 beds, but the room only had 1 bed. First room we got to had a leak as well. They moved us to a new room that smelled very moldy.」

「The bathroom and sink area were not equipped with any towel bars and guest cannot hang the hand towels for continual use. For the rates we've paid, the bathroom at least should have towel bars and racks.」

「Loved everything. Everyone smiled, acknowledged me wherever I was in the building from the front desk to the housekeeping staff and went out of their way to be helpful. What was memorable was that every employee I encountered had a smile on their face and genuinely seemed to be happy with their job! That speaks to quality leadership setting the tone!~ Great job!!」
