"Property was clean from the outside and the inside but the real nightmare was in the room they gave us. They gave us a room where the floors weren’t mopped, had dog poop stains on the floor and smelled like dog piss the entire time we stayed there at room 317. Turns out they did a Mickey mouse cleaning on the room because when I lifted up the bed there was dog pissed underneath the queen mattress. the queen bed had dog hairs so bad that me and my family only used one of the beds cause we couldn’t take the smell of dog piss and hairs everywhere on the bed"

"have stayed here many times. this time, woke up to cockroaches on the kitchen floor three times. (Not unusual though, it is the desert.) Also, they have been in remodel mode, and the room could have been cleaned better after work was completed. Drywall dust all over in the bathroom. Drywall mud on the wall paper not cleaned off. Just little things. We enjoyed the handicap access for my husband. But after a shower, half of the bathroom floor was wet, big fall hazard. If the shower curtain was down to the floor, that would have helped there. Just some observations from pour current visit. "

"I've given this place several great reviews in the past. However, I had the worst experience recently, so many things were wrong it's too long of story. The toilet started leaking right at checkout causing a flood in the room below, I had already booked an additional day earlier that morning, as I was speaking with front desk, she accused me of breaking the toilet, told me I had to pay 50 bucks for it, would also have to wait til 3pm to check into a different room. I barley attempted to explain the issue with toilet she cut me off saying I was band from renting from them anymore.. I was a loyal customer, they did me wrong.. "

"Comfortable and clean but the AC unit was loud. Needed earplugs AND noise cancelling headphones to sleep. Otherwise, nice property and conveniently located for my visit. "

"We had a great stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was good overall, though I was a little disappointed that waffles were no longer offered, since the website photos seemed to show them. Other than that, everything was pleasant and we enjoyed our visit."
