「Very well maintained rooms. Has full kitchen and very spacious multi room suites. The interior decor was pretty cool. Comfortable bed. Large shower. Very peaceful. We enjoyed this stay. 」

「The Beach Pad was perfect for me and my son who loves to surf. The suite was immaculate, chic decor, cozy bed and very spacious. Check in was a breeze with dedicated parking. Beach is down the block and centrally located to many restaurants and activities in the area including the supermarket and laundry mat. Having beach gear was handy including an umbrella and cooler! The private patio was great for breakfast and made the space bigger including the roof deck on the one day it rained to cool us...

「I have to say I was a little nervous when I was booking, I did not know the area and when I reached out to someone for instruction she was not in PR she was I believe in California, and came off short, however them I got there and although the instructions emailed to me could have been a little more detailed I figured it out. The place was clean and offered cleaned towels and the kitchen was fully stocked with items needed to cook if needed, I also met the Millie who took care of the premises...

「My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It is a cute and comfortable home very tastefully decorated and super clean! It was a special touch to already have toiletries available and supplies for making coffee too! What a nice touch! We all fell in love with it! Very convenient to shopping and many excellent restaurants close by. This was located in a safe and quiet residential area. We will return again for our next PR trip. Thanks to the owners for a wonderful stay!」

「Property was in a good area, close to wverything, well maintained. The communication was difficult and owners asked me to pay via venmo, paypal or zelle which felt very scammy. They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment. It all worked out but i was very leary if they were scamming me. Home was lovely. Could use a few more items in the kitchen like a toaster. Laundry onsite was very...
