A place vary close to beaches and city center of Isabela. The room is confortable with parking.

This place was terrible, very unclean and bugs in the walls. Reached out to all numbers provided (phone, WhatsApp etc) to report the conditions of the place and did not receive a response. I do not recommend this place at all … terrible terrible unsanitary experience. The female security was the only good experience, she was very kind and respectful.

Communication was great esp when we had no water the first night and I already had a hard time with flight delays getting there. Restored by the next day. Loved how close it was to the plaza where the live music played and the beach was literally across the street- that property has sooo much potential. It has a swim up bar that could be something. Lots of ants in the counter/sink area and even looking at video - we all 4 were confused as to get the keys and fob for gated area. Didnt know my aunt was going to come and stay but she did because she ended up with asthma so 3 flights was harsh for her- quiet area n we enjoyed the pool and goodies left for us in the room. I wanted to go back but it was a bit pricey for 8 days... so maybe next time when it is off season. Yes! I felt safe after that first night. Beach across street as well and you cant beat the culture

Great location close to the most popular beaches. The complex is excellent, with parking and a pool. Communication was clear, and I loved that everything works with access codes super convenient! A few things to improve: The reservation was listed as “Reserve Now, Pay Later,” but payment was attempted right after booking. Luckily, they respected Hotels.com’s policy and didn’t cancel. The balcony could use some upgrades some of us enjoy having our morning coffee outside, even if the view is to the back. The pool area is spacious and comfy, but the water looked yellow maybe it needs better maintenance.

Good for a short stay

The studio is comfortable and on a 3rd level. This one, doesn’t have a 'nice' view to neither the pool or beach. Bathroom and beds were clean, although our towels had brown spots. The mirror is somewhat oxidated. The kitchenette is basically and well equipped. The fridge was new. TV does have internet connection, but you must connect with your own streaming accounts. An empty (and abandoned) building is in front of the parking lot. Be advised that a $80+ 'cleaning charge' will be added at the end of the transaction.
