Hotel was great, just wish the other hotels around were completed, so it doesn't look so much like a construction zone (which I know they don't have control over that). Definitely stay there again!

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Carmichael around ten days after their grand opening. We are local residents but wanted something fun to do for our anniversary, and we knew the location can't be beat. We spent most of the day walking up and down the Monon, from City Center to Midtown to the Arts & Design District. No car necessary.
We tried checking in a few minutes early, but no room was ready, so we had drinks at Adagio, the lobby bar. The bartenders were quite pleasant and knowledgable. We...

I stayed for three nights and had a great stay. It was very clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly. My only little complaint, if I can even call it that, is that the system to work the lights in the room was slightly complicated. But that’s more on me and I’m not taking off any points from the hotel for that.

This place is friendly and easy. While different from your typical hotel, it still has all the same amenities. Breakfast was homemade from scratch and yummy. We would definitely stay again.

Clean room, didn't hear much from adjacent rooms only loud people in the halls.
Shower only at least in my room. Sectional turned into pullout.
Shower handle was loose and fell off but no judgement it happens.
Breakfast buffet was clean and plentiful and better quality than most hotels.
Great location to walk to whatever you could possibly need if you don't have a vehicle.
