「The cafeteria closed the kitchen Sunday at 3:00 P.M. ; offering only coffee and drinks. On Monday it was closed all together. Monday morning was our checkout; the front desk was closed and did not open until 9:00 A M. This was after I had a housekeeping member call. The soap dispenser in the shower is no longer used, so they offfered us these tiny hand hand soaps instead.」

「Room floors were sticky and with black soot. The shower was very tiny and no handicap bars or handles. I had to carry my luggage from the 3rd floor because the elevator was broken; there was no staff to assist.」

「It was a very friendly, clean and well maintained Hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The staff made sure that the room was cleaned and fresh towels in the bathroom.
