"Amazing"

"The breakfast was a standard hotel buffet. The beach and pool were very nice. Our shower took about 20 minutes to get hot each day. On the last day we had no hot water at all. There are signs everywhere that you must wear the wrist band for pool, breakfast & beach. That it was strongly enforced. There were people on the beach without wristbands. Not as private of a beach as implied. The restaurant had great food. All of the staff throughout the hotel were great. The location is great, you can walk to everything, including Pier 60, shopping, stores and dining. The room was a great size to spread out. It was nice having a fridge and microwave so that we could store & heat leftovers. We would go back."

"The location was amazing! The staff was very friendly and accommodating! When we checked into our room, everything looked good until you took your shoes off and the floors had not been washed or swept! The beds were made, and the amenities were there, however there were some things that require attention! The shower was lukewarm and hard to set the temp! Also, the shower curtain did not close correctly so water would get on the floor and felt I needed to wipe it all up. Also, we were on the fourth floor and no fan in the bathroom so everything was moist after showering! Also remember to turn on the light switch by the door for the plug-ins to work by the side of the bed for any electronics! The bed was very nice as well as the air-conditioning worked great! Definitely an older hotel however, the pool was great that is shared with a couple properties and the views and a lot of things around that are cool so my number one thing I liked about this place was the location, as well as the price and the staff👍"

"Lovely view of the ocean. Only thing I didn’t like about the stay is valet only parking Sounds good till you get the charge to rent the parking space. "

"My wife and I stayed for eight nights and were disappointed to learn that, in addition to the room rate and resort fee, guests are also charged $30 per night for parking in the Sheraton parking lot. When we questioned the additional fee, we were told, “All the other hotels are doing it,” which is NOT a satisfactory explanation. To make matters worse, many of the front-row parking spaces closest to the building were blocked off with cones, preventing guests from using them. When we asked the front desk staff why the spaces were unavailable, the response was simply, “I don’t know.” Unfortunately, these experiences left us feeling underappreciated as returning guests. This was our fourth stay at the Sheraton in Sand Key, but based on this experience, it will likely be our last."
