The rooms were dirty and had no supplies like toilet paper and there is no staff to clean ur room i literally had to go out and buy my own cleaning supplies to clean the room.\n Was horrible, gave them the betting from the beds and never got it back. The parking was okay somewhat.\nIt was just horrible experience definitely will never stay there again

It was the coldest time of the year in Florida and the heater wasn’t did not work. That was one number two upon entering the room there was floor was dirty, and the room was run down the toilet kept running all day all night, lack of hot water to bathe with although the staff listen to you it seemed like there was not much they could do place was very very rundown

The hotel is runned down. Horrible front desk service, the room was not clean, no hot water in the shower, the room had a horrible odor, seems to be a hotel that houses drug addicts. I witnessed multiple unsavory characters walking in and out of the property. I booked it thru expedia. I canceled 5 remaining nights. Had to check into another hotel. I requested my deposit back. Got charged for a night by the hotel and i didnt even bring out my luggage. I contacted expedia and they did absolutely nothing to refund me my money. Ill never use expedia again and ill definitely be sharing my horrible experience with expedia with their total lack and disregard for there customer and not helping me with this situation.

The floor was dirty when I went into the room and why does the guests have to clean the room when they leave I'm sorry that's what housekeeping is for. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep on there was no bed spread just a sheet so no I was not happy with my stay I won't stay there ever again and I don't recommend anyone else stay there
