「The Cochrane Inn is run by a pair of wonderful sisters, Rica and Winky. I arrived at the Inn way ahead of the check-in time and was exhausted due to the longhaul flight. They offered me complimentary breakfast and accompanied me while I was waiting in the lobby. The room was clean and comfortable. This was my first time being able to fall asleep on a hotel bed without the help of melatonin pills! The Cochrane Inn is truly a magical house to me!  Thank you for the awesome stay once again, Rica...

「"This is the second time I've booked a standard room through Expedia, only to be checked into an accessible (ADA) room upon arrival. I’m concerned this might be standard practice for third-party bookings, which shouldn't be the case—especially when a standard room was explicitly requested」

「This is a nice quaint hotel. Like stepping back in time. Very homey. Great location!! Can walk to arenas, stadiums, and restaurants. Staff so friendly and welcoming. Contininental breakfast is good and coffee is excellent Be aware hotel parking is not afilliated with the hotel and is also used for event parking and you must prepay online when you get there and lot is not monitored all the time. Still Highly recommend this hotel.」

「This was our second stay here, and both times were wonderful! Beds are comfy, showers are hot and have good water pressure, rooms are spacious, and the grounds/ buildings are beautiful. The included private parking lot is the cherry on top. Would 100% recommend」

「great Yemeni restaurant nearby」

「I love my stay at the Roost . I felt like I was home just in another state. I had the same dish detergent and hand wash I used at home . The bed was so comfortable. Everything was clean and satisfying! Room service for breakfast in the morning. I had a green smoothie with a full breakfast ! Just an overall stellar stay ! Only bad point the temperature in the room would not warm me up enough for those cold Detroit nights !」
