"Good location, near the City of Arts and Sciences. The facilities are basic and in need of maintenance; the mattress was completely saggy, and I woke up with back pain. Breakfast is good. They advertise a gym on the 10th floor, but the key card doesn't allow you to select that floor. Parking is for small cars and costs 18 Euros per night. It doesn't seem like a 4-star hotel. As a Hotels Platinum member you don't receive nothing."

"Great extra clean hotel with spacious clean rooms. Walking distance to shopping and the Valencia Central park area. About 10 minutes ride to the beach or the old town quick is wonderful. Very cheerful and helpful staff. Highly recommended."

"Everything was great, the inly thing was the breakfast was a little expensive and you had to pay extra to use the spa which I think should be included in the stay. Other than that it was lovely and clean with helpful staff."

"Stayed two nights and resort was beautiful. However, they charged me for bar costs which I didn’t use. They only gave me partial credit. I paid a high price for two nights to be charged for additional costs. Room service prices were over priced. Bar tapas were simple. I would not recommend"

"This is a really excellent hotel. It is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The staff - without exception - were absolutely brilliant. They were friendly , professional and helpful. The rooms are very modern and well appointed, perhaps a little on the small side but absolutely fine for a short stay. The bar and pool area are great, it was a real bonus having the pool there. I think the photos on Expedia make the hotel look a little cold and office-like but in reality it is a pleasant and bright space. The location is good insofar that it is right next to Turia Park and the museums, plus it has a shopping centre and plenty of little cafes nearby. It is roughly equidistant between the beach and old town. This is great on a sunny day when the walk through the park is pleasant. We had a couple of days of average weather and the walk to either was a bit of a bind. Plenty of public transport and cabs options that said. It is about an 15min walk to the nearest Metro though. Overall I would recommend the hotel highly. If you want a trip that is focused on the old town or on the beach - or you are not keen on walking to places - you may want to chose somewhere nearer those two locations. Be aware that they will cost a lot more - INNSide was really reasonable and roughly half the price of hotels in the old town. Highly recommended."

"The location was why I've booked the Livensa. The place remind me University dorm. If you are a light sleeper, that might not be the place for you, as everyone scream in the corridor, slamming doors non-stop, loud music. If you walk in the corridor you can even hear the shower when someone is using it... Walls are paper thin I guess. They haven't broom the unit prior to arrival, so floor were dirty. Bathroom needs some love too. But for me it was ok for 2 nights. Location was great with the metro at 3 min walk! I just didn't expect a dorm style for the price. Other than that, front desk people were great, quick and efficient."

"We were not informed in advance that the Pool & the sunbathing area around the pool would be completely closed for the duration of our stay…. If we had been notified in advance we would have cancelled our booking and arranged an alternative hotel with those facilities….. when we brought the issue up with the hotel they just said it’s on our website…. ( I didn’t see this and despite the fact they sent numerous emails in advance offering paid upgrades, requesting advance information etc they never mentioned it….. very poor )"

"Breakfast was nice enough, but you have to go to the other hotel to get it. Rooms weren’t immensely clean, when I arrived I had to call room service straight away as the bathroom wasn’t clean. You wouldn’t stay in this hotel for its amenities. Location is fine. Staff were fine. "
