I had a very good stay at VP Design Hotel. The hotel was comfortable, well-maintained, and had a great atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist whenever needed. Overall, a pleasant experience and a hotel I’d be happy to stay at again.

What a nice hotel - a good base for seeing the sights in the old town area and for enjoying tapas. The reception and other staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable. The outdoor sitting area by the little pool is very nice for a quiet retreat from traveling. We loved it and highly recommend it. It is about a 30-40 minute bus ride from there to the beach - very manageable for a break from touring old town. València is a very large city - but also very clean and scenic.

Room was very comfortable and amenities could not be better. Free espresso coffees delivered to your room on demand, free bottled water and various snacks and juices in the in room fridge. I would skip the pricy breakfast in the restaurant downstairs as there are better options within easy walking for a fraction of the price. Very nicely located close to almost every thing you could want to walk to.

The hotel and the front staff, especially Alejandro, were lovely. The hotel is in old Valencia, beautiful surroundings, spacious rooms. The first night, my room was on the first floor which could be a bit loud but the issue was resolved with closing a second door. And the staff helped me move to a high level floor the next day. Alejandro went out of his way to provide advice and guidance on what to do, where to eat. A morning coffee was always available to be brought up by the kind staff. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is located in a central location! The best thing about this hotel is that and the staff! Very accommodating and helpful. Even though it’s located in a prior palace (so much history) we just didn’t prefer the more modern, dimly lit hotel rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at Caro Hotel in Valencia. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with so much character and history, while still feeling stylish, comfortable and luxurious. The location is fantastic for exploring the town, whole atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and elegant. Our room was beautifully presented, comfortable and spotlessly clean and the attention to detail throughout the hotel really stood out. The staff were friendly, welcoming and professional, which made the stay feel even more special. We loved our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

First, the staff were truly incredible going above and beyond in welcoming us when arriving and throughout the stay. I've truly never stayed at a place with such exceptional staff customer service. Second, the hotel itself is amazing. The modern upgrades in a historic location - literally museum elements in the hotel. It's in a great location to wal into town. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the amenities were top notch. This is one of the best, if not the best, hotels I've ever stayed at. I only wish we could have stayed longer than two days!
