「Nice staff, very good location to the Museum and the beach. Terrible experience about the room. We stayed in the room 206 at the beginning. It is unbelievable, room 205 and 206 are seperated by a single door! I could hear the person in the room 205 having shower, flushing the water or even turning on/off the light. 「Not very comfortable - I have been in hostels before but usually there is a bit more privacy. Showers were tiny, no changing area. Also shower was freezing. Bathroom floors always wet. Online check in and code access is not as traveler friendly / you need roaming to get the code cause you need to ask for it on arrival over the phone. Staff is really nice and helpful. Clean, beds ok. They say the have baggage storage but they don’t.」

「When I walked into the room there was a very strong insecticide smell. Later that night a massive cockroach appeared in the room, which is probably what they were trying to get rid of. 「We booked a room with balcony and got one without, although we payed a much higher price and it was in the description (we have screenshots!). We only had a milky window, so no view of the outside at all! Much worse, it was a room directly on the street, ground floor, with poor noise isolation, so you hear all the noises from everyone passing your door, cars, dogs, etc. If this is not enough, there is a useless (locked) thin door to the side entry and the hallway with the other apartments, so...
