「The Vila Gale Cerro has everything that you would need at a resort hotel. We were able to enjoy the pool area which had food and drink options throughout the day. Pool was a bit cool but refreshing and large - perfect for a hot day. We had no problem finding pool loungers in the middle of the afternoon - plenty of space. Only issue was one employee who worked in the dining room who started banging dishes, scowling and making a raucous almost the minute breakfast was over. Anywhere else, our experience is that staff would say that they are closing and inform patrons to get anything else they wanted before the out away the buffet. Nice walk from hotel to the old city.
