"We made a last minute decision to go to the state fair in Syracuse. Knowing from previous stays that Del Lago had clean, spacious rooms we decided to book there instead of a Syracuse hotel. We are never disappointed with our stays at Del Lago. The front desk and hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotless too. Very comfortable bed and pillow which is a big plus for us older folk. lol. "

"We spent a week at the Inn while our children and grandchildren were in a house on the bay. The grounds and building were beautiful and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and pleasant. We enjoyed the daily continental breakfast and found the hostess, Jan, to be friendly, helpful, and pleasant. We highly recommend the Inn!"

"By far one of the best places we have ever stayed, we plan to stay again in the future! The staff was beyond amazing. Every interaction they were so kind, helpful, and respectful. There is a small walking trail on the property, along with a few farm animals that was cool to see. There is a goat that walks around the property as well which was very fun to see. We loved the idea of the wood fired hot tub and this was one of our favorites parts! Highly recommend this place! "

"This place is a gem in that you have a lot of space for your family. We loved the yard and all the nature all around! My wife and I enjoyed watching the frogs and tadpoles in the small pond and walking around the property seeing deer and hearing the birds. Our 4 boys and 1 daughter loved the fishing setup with 4 poles and a table box. All together for the three days we were there, our kids caught and released over 50 fish! They had a blast! We used this as a base to see Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints history sites in Palmyra only about 10 miles away. The beds were comfortable and it was fun watching movies in the family room together and yet having space for everyone to be alone if they wanted. Just a couple of suggestions that could help. I didn’t see the address when I saw it on hotels.com until I purchased the stay and received an email from the agency that manages the property. This would have helped me very where it was exactly. I would recommend offering the ability to cancel with notice and not be billed. Having it non/ refundable is a negative. I was very interested a month ago but my trip was uncertain till a couple days before. I would not have taken the risk of it wasn’t right before because I couldn’t afford to be out that money. I would consider changing your stance on it being non-refundable because things happen and people need flexibility. You have a great property here and we absolutely loved our time here. Thanks so much!"
