「*** AVOID THIS PLACE!! *** Booked this place as it is located close to the airport and offered transfer. As stipulated, I contacted the hotel to pre-book the the transfer and gave details of our time and flight no. I asked the hotel to confirm the transfer service. The hotel did not reply. I send several messages, I send e-mails and I called. No reply whatsoever. This place is a fraud!!! I contacted hotels.com to help me out but they did not either manage to reach the hotel. 「The property is pretty new」

「Good location, not too busy, clean, very friendly owners and staff. Sea is 3 minute walk away. A local archaeological museum is only 30 minute walk away on top of the mountain(great views). It was more peaceful/relaxed option than staying in Palermo. If you travel by public transport, it might be inconvenient at times. There is not bus to Palermo and trains can only stop locally every 60-90 minutes. 」
