Excellent stay. Staff is helpful and friendly. No need to leave the resort. Everything you need is right there. If they don’t have it, then you don’t need it.
I can’t tell you how beautiful the resort was, the staff amazing, the rooms beautiful and clean. They have entertainment every night, music till 1130/12. Gelato on site. Sandwiches and desserts. Only think it lacks is more restaurant options, there was a buffet option, but ok. Breakfast was included and amazing and delicious There was a restaurant but they need more options. I would go back in a heartbeat
Very nice hotel with great amenities. Our only issue was the room was a smoked room and when we asked to see if that can be fixed, an air refresher was brought in. hehe
Other than that, everything was great. Staff is very friendly and lots of activities provided by hotel.

Great views, lousy Mattress
A beautiful setup and incredible views. However room is dated and small, the bed mattress was absolutely awful. Service and food were excellent.
We rented a villa which was very close to the sea but as patio doors had no screen, we could never let the doors open. Room was poorly decorated but otherwise very clean. The site is beautiful, however it has no beach and had only one access to the see. The food was disapponting, below standard for that type of resort. Will not return.
The stay was amazing we recommend strongly, If you need relax and calm with your family It’s good plan , also you have. Restaurant with acceptable prices
This is a great place to stay, the rooms clean and cute. Front desk very helpful. Lots of night time entertainment. Food options just ok, but gelato available. I hope to be back some day
The property was fine. They really should have valet parking. They expect you to drop off your luggage and then go park your car yourself. The parking lot was not close by and my husband has trouble walking.
Thanks to Expedia we had great deal for a 2 night stay in the villas away from the main hotel on the seafront overlooking the beautiful bay. Unfortunately the villa my sister was allocated was poky and completely in the shade under a big tree but the friendly helpful Reception staff were able to relocate her 1 villa away from mine. However, we were very disappointed with Breakfast facilities. Given the excellent position of the hotel, we would have expected to have an option to eat outside or at least with a good view but there were no windows. When we arrived for breakfast at 8am, most of the food had been taken by the big coach parties. Almost no fresh fruit and even the tinned fruit was not replaced. The fruit juice was heavily watered down & revolting. It was almost impossible to find spoons & teaspoons. The staff were very unhelpful & some of them quite rude. However, the scrambled eggs were very good & freshly replaced. You do need a taxi (don’t use Rosario he may be friendly but totally ripped us off in his battered old van!) or car to get to the little port where the cafes & restaurants are.
Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The rooms are extremely small, especially when traveling with luggage. There was no one available to help with our suitcases, so we had to carry and drag everything ourselves.
Parking was also inconvenient and far from the hotel. There is no valet service or assistance with parking, so you have to park your own car and bring all of your luggage back to the hotel yourself.
There were also very limited food options, which was frustrating because there really isn’t much around the hotel. We expected more choices for meals, snacks, or room service given the location.
One other thing families may want to be aware of is the pool atmosphere. Many guests were wearing very revealing thong/G-string swimsuits. I understand this may be completely normal and acceptable for some people and cultures, but it was not something we were accustomed to and made the pool feel less family-oriented than we expected.
Overall, between the tiny rooms, lack of assistance, inconvenient parking, limited food choices, and the pool atmosphere, this hotel simply wasn’t the right fit for our family.
A very nice resort, a solid 4-star.
Good food, good service, very nice facility, good entertainment. A very nice place to stay with everything you need. However, to see more that the resort a car is recommended, the surrounding area does not have so much to offer.

I love the vintage look of the hotel, but the cracks in the furniture can be repaired and the outside needs to be cleaned
