「Clean room. Very nice staff. Toilet ran continuously. Not too sure about the every other day room cleaning. They just asked us if we needed anything. Nice breakfast every morning.」

「TV did not work so I asked to be moved to another room. It took four different remotes to get the TV to work in the second room. The room itself was adequate. The mattress sagged.」

「除了电梯慢一点、停车稍微不方便外，其它方面还不错。」

「The front desk service was very patient and enthusiastic.」

「这座酒店距离伊萨卡小城的商业区不太远，如果是驾车的话购物、吃饭还是很方便的。」

「Very nice room, updated and comfortable. No maid service but we did not mind this at all. Fresh towels were always available. Only spoke with staff on check in. Asked for breakfast recommendations and only received info for chains like Dunkin. We were hoping for local breakfast places. Found some by looking on-line. Pillows were very uncomfortable and sheet quality was poor. However, everything was very clean. Overall this was a fine room.」

「Good」

「Nice location. Air con in the room is a bit noisy.」

「Very satisfied, the staff is very friendly, I forgot to take the clothes, they helped me keep them and returned them to me. The environment is very good, there is self-service coffee and hot water every day, which is very considerate. The accommodation room is spacious and comfortable.」
