「GREAT STAY WILL BOOK AGAIN The room was spacious clean and had everything we needed the breakfast was lovely and the staff were very helpful The live entertainment in the pub was great and it finished promptly at 11pm so we could go straight to bed after and even though the pub shuts at 12 we couldn't hear anything in the room xxxxx」

「The property is well maintained and very clean , we found the room spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of items to order. The host James was very professional and happy to advise on the area . Close to the cliff lift to the spa, and we found the area nice for walking around Scarborough. The public transport links are close by , you can easily leave the car parked and enjoy a driving free break. We would fully recommend the waves for a short or longer break」

「What a lovely hotel. We stayed in a different one around the corner the night before and what a difference our stay here was. Staff friendly, accomodation and nothing was too much trouble! The food was beautifully cooked! Homemade nom nom. We were made to feel welcome and will be going back with our little boy for sure! Thank you, your staff are a credit.」

「Staff are really great and friendly! The room we stayed is near the alley which is noisy during the night that we couldn’t sleep well. And the pillows are flat that are not comfortable. 」

「Rebecca is the best! Whatever you want/need she’s there! Had a problem with the bedside lamp - she fixed it, injured my knee, she fed me (not for free I hasten to add before scores of people want the same!). She cooked my breakfast and made sure I was made to feel VERY welcome. Sort of sorry to leave!」

「It was just me and my son for an overnight stay. I hadn't paid for a sea view room and ended up with a large corner ensuite room with free tea/coffee,(Kettle). When we left the room the door wouldn't lock so went to reception to report it,in the meantime I went to get my car as I'd got a space in the hotel car park (very limited spaces £6.00 for the night).Back at the hotel they gave us another room a sea view with no extra charge.
