「Small B&B which is in a quiet area, but just of main routes so easy to find. There is sufficient off-street parking for guests which is a plus. Breakfast offers a good choice for all tastes and the breakfast room, at the side of the property affords sea views which adds to the pleasant feel of what is obviously a well run B&B. 「Great find spotlessly clean good location. About 15 min walk to centre and £5, taxi back. Breakfast was lovely and all waitress service. Very polite staff. We were on the top floor, room was fine. Nice touches were robes and slippers and a rarity, a decent shaving/make up mirror so easy to apply make up. So clean too. I would definitely recommend this hotel. 」

「The staff might just be the friendliest in Great Britain. It made the stay a delight and we used the great conservatory space to watch a Christmas movie with our little one. Great food and great beer/wine. You need a car to access all the local things (Runswick Bay/Whitby/Scarborough/Moors) but we will come back each year as we love it. 」
