"They describe the room as cozy but it's a box where you can hardly turn around. The photos are very misleading. They didn't answer my email about where to park as they advertise self parking. Never found out where it is as parked on the road where I was lucky to find a space. They advertise free wifi but on this occasion there was a problem - it didn't work. Can happen but they could have warned us about it when checking in. Could have offered us a free drink or breakfast as compensation as we paid for it. The insulation is non existent, you can clearly hear people walking about and every time someone turns the water on somewhere it gets very noisy. The only good think was the sea view but again, we paid extra for it."

"The room was spacious and clean, though the bed was tilted due to the floor so my other half didn’t get a great night sleep as felt like he was about to fall out of bed. The bathroom though dated was clean, however would have liked to have had the small bottles of shower gel / hair shampoo that was advertised in the room description, instead had 3 small pieces of wrapped soap but we went to the local shop and bought what we needed . The breakfast was really tasty however it would have been more perfect if it was warm. Cold egg and bacon on Saturday morning, it was still tasty so didn’t ruin it. We really enjoyed the entertainment in the lounge though was confusing when each time we bought the same drink the price varied by a couple of pounds at a time. The male staff were really nice however the female blonde receptionist could have smiled at least once, felt like it was a chore giving us the directions of where to park. I know she would have had to tell everyone that walks through the door which can I appreciate be tedious, however if you’re in customer service you need to at least pretend you want to be there. Apart from that, we had a really good stay and would definitely recommend"

"It is an excellent location, beautiful sea view rooms overlooking south bay, close to local amenities, there is a lift to take you down to the seafront and back again, only cost £2.50, I recommend it for the view. Rooms are serviced every day, great friendly staff, great restaurant and it’s dog friendly too, don’t take my word for it! Just go and enjoy 😊 "
