「We had an excellent experience all the way around. The property is beautiful rooms excellent and staff acco.odating and friendly. Only one issue and that was the pool was closed for our whole stay until the morning we had to leave. It was unfortunate as this was to be the highlight of our trip for my 8 year old granddaughter. I understand these things happen but trying g to explain it to a. 8 year old is tough. Otherwise excellent!!!」

「Lovely hotel close to arrowhead provincial park and just a short drive from Huntsville. Super clean! The host personally escorted me over to the room. I didn't get the opportunity to try the cafe but will do so if I ever have the opportunity. 」

「Excellent view. Right on the water. The cleaning staff were completely on top of everything. Quiet place. One issue - we reached out 3 separate times in advance of our stay as we had a few questions and while we were able to reach on 2 occasions a live agent and on the third time left a vm message, no one returned our calls. The live voice agent was not able to answer our questions and despite saying she would have someone call us back, no one did.」
