「Excellent view. Right on the water. The cleaning staff were completely on top of everything. Quiet place. One issue - we reached out 3 separate times in advance of our stay as we had a few questions and while we were able to reach on 2 occasions a live agent and on the third time left a vm message, no one returned our calls. The live voice agent was not able to answer our questions and despite saying she would have someone call us back, no one did.」
