「Did not like this hotel at all. The staff were ok, but the managers did not care about our concerns. Once we checked in, we did not like the location and the property so I asked if we could do an early check out and go to a different property. Although we had a fully refundable package, they didn’t honor it. If I could give them a zero star, I would. Nothing especial about this resort, do not waste your time or money on them.」
