「This is my fourth time staying at an apartment hotel. The environment is convenient and comfortable. The receptionists Nelson and Everton are very polite and try their best to answer questions and help. The cleaning staff are polite and can teach us a few words of Portuguese. 「The front desk and people who run the hotel were beyond rude and unkind- spiteful might I add. The standard apartment they offer, had mold and damages everywhere. Clearly could tell they lack upkeep and real hospitality training there. All around was an awful experience.」

「The accommodations were great and exactly what I was looking for during my family’s vacation. A little town that wasn’t a tourist trap and had all the accommodations we needed. There were multiple cafes close by and we were only 15 minutes to a beach. The pool was refreshing and needed as we visited during an early heat wave.
