「First time to Old San Juan, and the location was ideal.」

「We stayed with 2 adults and 1 toddler, I feel like we paid for was what we got. The only hiccup was that Expedia never sent out my contact information and also never told me that they didn’t so I didn’t get an email with the instructions until I called but when I did the owners were super helpful and sent them to me right away. It was in a good location with lots of shops and restaurants/cafes in walking distance. I didn’t have any issues at all during my stay there and would honestly stay there...

「This was a perfect place to stay with my family. It was close to everything, safe area, clean, customer service was amazing. Such a great place and experience.」

「The sealant under the shower door was coming off, causing water to leak out. pull out couch was broken and due to it being broken I did not lift it to look for the remote that was stuck underneath. Came back one day and the door was wide open. Horrible communication. Uber and door dash could never find us. Not happy with my stay at ALL」

「The host was very communicative and quick to respond. The apartment is right in the heart of Viejo San Juan with everything walking distance. The inside was clean and nicely decorated and the view from the third floor balcony was stunning!」

「For a quick trip the property is ideal for its location. The artwork throughout made the place. During our stay we did not have “hot” water, it was slightly warm at best but we didn’t mind since the temps were in high 80s. My only concern was the high humidity in the unit even with the AC on but again it wasn’t a problem since we spent a lot of time out and about. These lil things were not enough concern to bring to management. Bedroom bathroom is a bit tight so I’m happy the 1st level bathroom...
