「Nice for an airport motel」

「Everyone was very professional. Restaurant breakfast buffet was great. Very convenient when getting ready to fly, or coming back.」

「Clean rooms! Attentive staff - very friendly & helpful. Morning breakfast was great with a variety of options. Convenient to restaurants, shopping & downtown Knoxville about 20 minutes away. Prices for the rooms were excellent. Well worth staying here for conventions or other activities.」

「Our room for the first night had an air conditioner unit that rattled and when the compressor kicked in it was very loud like groaning. It also didn’t really cool the room down. We let front desk staff know the next morning that it needed to be looked at and the guy was extremely dismissive. All he did was write our room number (413) on a scrap of paper and went back to looking at his computer screen. When I asked whether anything would be done about it he let me know they had no maintenance...

「The staff are pleasant, friendly, and very helpful. The room was clean, air conditioner worked very well, and it smelled good! The breakfast and dinner menu was very good, served hot and to order! Perfect! I will stay here again while visiting the area! ***** stars!」

「All Quality inns use the cheapest COFFEE. Liquid brown water and then hot water added. NO TASTE NO CAFFEINE. Bagels served but nothing to cut them open. No bagel slicer one person wanted to put out a sharp knife. The eggs appear to be from some liquid mix.」

「Room was not well cleaned, floor was filthy and in need of good vacuum cleaning. We discovered bed bugs in the corner of one bed and in the pull out couch. Horrified asked for another room on another floor as it was past time to get our kids to bed. Asked for a refund for the terrible experience and shocking bedbug exposure. We were reassigned to a 3rd floor room which was extremely hot but at least no bugs after thoroughly inspecting. The front desk told us the manager would reach out to us...

「Very friendly staff even on a concert night I arrived early and was pressed for time ...and even though the front desk was busy cleaning rooms she managed to check me and get me where I needed to be on time..... Rooms are very well kept, clean beds nice pressure in the shower honestly no complaints at all.」
