「Loved our stay. Quiet street that was perfect distance from the buzz of central old and new town. Short walk to a very nice beach. Loved the onsite pool, and onsite parking for rental car was easy to request. The staff was so kind and helpful. Great price. Would definitely stay there again!!」

「The room was super clean and well located, but it is tiny. We had to manoeuvre through the door without hitting the bed with our bags and my husband had to climb over the bed to get to the bathroom as the space between the bottom of the bed and the wall is reduced even further with the TV on the wall. Hubby loved the pillows but it was too big and hard for me so I ended up sleeping without one. The water bottles next to the bed was a nice touch and very much appreciated in the heat.」

「Avoid at all costs!. The apartment was not fit for check-in when we arrived and was in an unacceptable state of cleanliness. We were told to return two hours later, but even then it was still being cleaned. As a group of five, we had to find alternative accommodation at additional cost because we couldn’t keep waiting. Despite the hosts knowing we had left, they have refused to refund us. The whole situation could have been handled much better, but instead they have taken no responsibility.」

The manager Paul is amazing!! He helped us with so much kindness and went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect holiday. 「Honestly I hated my stay here. Every single night we had loud kids partying and yelling all night and they terrorized the rooftop pool during the day. They never answer the phone at the front desk so I had to get out of bed to complain. One night someone drunkenly tried entering our room and the staff actually let them in while I was asleep! It was horrifying! As for the hotel it’s up a huge hill so lots of incline walking. Also a pain trying to call a cab up there. Hotel is very outdated. And...

「Perfect location, just a short walk from the main strip but far enough away that it doesn’t keep you awake all night! Very clean and comfortable apartment, pool was lovely (not heated) and pool area was comfortable and lots of sunbeds. Collection of the key was a bit confusing as we arrived in late and had to pick up from the hotel which was a little drive away, possibly a coded lock box might be a better idea. All in all a great place to stay if visiting Albufiera, highly recommend!」
