「Beautiful room with luxurious views of Lake Como. Only cons is the lack of walkability and I didn’t enjoy the food at the restaurant. But overall the staff were very accommodating and made it even more special celebration with a beautiful and tasty cake, champagne, and balloons with their birthday package. I loved waking up to the balcony views and the heated pool that I could enjoy even in October weather! Would definitely stay at this hotel again if I return to Lake Como. 」

「除了入口稍稍找了一下外，其他都很好，一出門就能逛街、買東西、吃飯...等等，離湖邊也很近能隨時去散散步放空。因為地理位置會有許多坡道，建議大行李寄存車站，或是搭計程車（離車站很近，價格請於當地詢問或參考其他人的經驗值），不然下坡到飯店還可以，上坡到車站那可是一段長長的天堂路啊...XD))))」

「The staff here is amazing!! Friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable and made my stay an absolute delight, from the concierge/check-in desk to the maitre d’ at the restaurant! The free shuttle to the airport is exceptional, going every hour. The hot breakfast is delicious, with bacon as well, all sorts of pastries and fresh fruits.
