Only con the numbers on the heat knob are warn off and it was boiling when we got there and our whole first night. Had to have the window open with fan. It’s a popular spot cause of how awesome it is so it was fully booked when we stayed. "The house is beautiful, kitchen, living room and all rooms are very clean and well decorated. the beds are very comfortable, too. The best part is we can view the aurora just from the big windows and/or patio. My son left his wallet in the room, Simone just sent it back to us with no charge, very appreciated. Definitely will stay here again if we come back to Fairbanks next time."

"Julia was a wonderful host. The 0North (annex with two suites) was furnished with stylish modern / Scandanavian decor. Comfy bed. Great downtown location! Free off street parking. Small kitchen was well stocked with a delicious selection of light snacks and beverages. The only down side would be the narrow steep flight of stairs that would make the 0North suites non-accessible for anyone with mobility challenges. Would definitely stay here if we are ever in Anchorage again."

"It was cozy and romantic. We're Alaskans, so like a cooler room to sleep in. The bedding was so generous we could open the screened windows all night, waking up to birds and the rising sun was beautiful.
