「I stayed at Cape Fox Lodge about 6 or 7 years ago. This lodge was on the level of other premiere lodges in the northwest I love the location the views and the architectural style of the lodge. The room was clean. I was disappointed that the building and rooms are well overdue for a refresh. The menus in both restaurants were not as upscale as they were for my prior visit. The service was not on the same level either. The pictures in the museum had dogeared corners. The tram was broken and...

「Super friendly staff, the rooms were very clean, the shuttle worked out perfect. The lack of AC was the only issue, as our room faced the water and it was sunny and warm, but it wasn't horrible at all. Its a very pretty hotel with lots of history in the PERFECT location.. Everything is walkable. The front desk staff was wonderful and very friendly. I will totally stay there again on my next trip to Ketchikan!」
