「I emailed concerning if there was a place to plug in my car bc the dates we traveled weather was -33. No one replied. We showed up to check in at 3:45 & was prompting told it was not ready and to come back - absolutely NO apology. We drove 12 hours btw to get there and we’re exhausted. 「This place is so ideally located near Fairbanks. We had basically a condo for ourselves. It was squeaky clean and extremely comfortable. We had plenty of privacy and no trouble getting around the area. 」
