「Where to even start. First and for most the staff. From the reception to the mangers to the gardeners every single person intact with or just pass by was excellent. The place itself - was brilliant - I literally could be here all day pointing out all the great things. It’s a must for everyone. If you do stay here wound deffo recommend hiring a car as you are in the city and there are the most amazing places to visit in Oman in the rural side. 」

「L'hôtel est extrêmement bien situé à proximité de grands Mall accessibles à pied, et à quelques minutes en taxi des principaux sites : Grande Mosquée, Royal Opéra et Musée des Arts, Musée d'histoire naturelle et à 20mn environ de la capitale Mascate. 「A good value for money hotel, with very good friendly staff, very comfortable room, good rooftop pool and excellent breakfast. Hotel is central Muscat, with a short taxi ride needed to visit better restaurants and beach. Good quality of air con; Don't underestimate the heat! Oman is a lovely friendly country, and visitors are made very welcome.」

「Ondanks er werken waren in het hotel, hebben wij hier weinig van gemerkt. Er was geen geluidsoverlast. Het zwembad was buiten gebruik, maar het hotel had voorzien dat zijn cliënteel kon zwemmen in een naburig hotel (Radisson blu). Voor de rest was de service prima. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Voor lekker eten en drinken kan je terecht bij cafe Mocha en restaurant Tuscany. 」
