We went in mid June and it was pretty quiet so we felt like we had so much space to ourselves. Amazing stay, amazing food ( so many gluten free options and never sick once for a celiac), amenities, clean luxurious rooms, luxury restaurants the total package. Be aware the seaweed is in full force throughout the Caribbean so prepare for that on the edge of the beach. They work hard to clean it up every day. "We had our first family holiday here and got engaged. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond for us and made the engagement so special. The quality of the food in the restaurants is truely exceptional and we were blown away by the kindness of all of the staff. Truely not one complaint. We went to a 5* hotel in playacar for the last 5 nights just for a change of scenery and wish we had just stayed here as the service did not compare!"

"My wife and I just got back from a 5 day 4 night stay and we had an amazing time. The property is wonderful and the staff is amazing. All of the staff is super friendly and really make you feel at home. We had breakfast at The Park every morning and our waiter Melchor was amazing and took care of us every morning. The bartenders at Aura swim up bar are incredible and work so hard. We will definitely be back and will recommend this stay to all our friends and family."

"I had a superb winter avoidance break at Bahia Principe. The pre booked transfer with Amstar worked perfectly both ways - just over an hour from Cancun. I opted for the shared transport but was the only passenger on both trips! Really good and competent drivers - if you’re unfamiliar with the locality this is a much better option than renting a car for yourself!
The room was fabulous, stocked minibar replenished daily, comfortable bed, clean and spacious shower room, small balcony to relax on...
