Our room was PB4 and the view of the pool and sea was amazing! We will go back and we will stay here again! Very easy walk to shopping, food and more. The food and drinks at Ocean Dreams was really good too!

A total waste of time and money. We came here for my birthday and it was the worst birthday I’ve ever had. So much of our time was wasted. We were told we got an upgrade, but what that upgrade exactly was, I have no idea. Our room was changed from a sea view to basically workers working on the rooftop, which startled me as I was getting dressed. We were told we had special access to the rooftop, but it was closed when we went. We were told we were invited to a special VIP breakfast as part of our upgrade, only to find it out it is the normal breakfast buffet and it was a vacation club presentation that took three hours of our time with barely any opportunity to enjoy the breakfast buffet at all. There were no snacks in our room or at the bar as promised, and restaurants were not open during the day. I don’t know what they fed my boyfriend but he only had two drinks and was vomiting all day and night and we were shamed for not being responsible when it was just two drinks. We barely took advantage of our all inclusive benefits that we paid for ourselves and the biggest insult was pretending we got an upgrade. Shameful marketing practices.
