Housekeeping: I had to call them to clean up the room. There weren't as many towels left by the housekeeper when she left after tidying up the room. I wish there were more ways to check the schedule of events, not only through the app. I am a very visual person. "Very disappointed with our stay. This resort did not meet the expectations of an all-inclusive vacation. The front desk and management were not accommodating and constantly tried to nickel-and-dime guests. Our A/C didn’t work, and we were told we could move rooms only if we paid extra.
We requested two queen beds but were only offered two doubles or one king. The room had ants in the bed, the bathroom was extremely small, and there was little to no privacy because the shower/changing area faced...
