"I had a wonderful stay at Grand Sirenis! From the moment I arrived I felt like a VIP guest. The staff were incredible & always willing to help with anything I needed. Alfred was able to help book all the restaurants and Edgar was amazing!! Thank you to all the staff for making my vacation so enjoyable. "Very disappointed with our stay. This resort did not meet the expectations of an all-inclusive vacation. The front desk and management were not accommodating and constantly tried to nickel-and-dime guests. Our A/C didn’t work, and we were told we could move rooms only if we paid extra. We requested two queen beds but were only offered two doubles or one king. The room had ants in the bed, the bathroom was extremely small, and there was little to no privacy because the shower/changing area faced...
