"Very disappointed with our stay. This resort did not meet the expectations of an all-inclusive vacation. The front desk and management were not accommodating and constantly tried to nickel-and-dime guests. Our A/C didn’t work, and we were told we could move rooms only if we paid extra. We requested two queen beds but were only offered two doubles or one king. The room had ants in the bed, the bathroom was extremely small, and there was little to no privacy because the shower/changing area faced...

"Bar , restaurant next door good food . Room ac only in bedroom , living area could be warm in hot season Staff and grounds in good condition, except for the seaweed but this problem was up and down the coast"

"This was one of the best all inclusive stays my wife and I have had. The food is better than the other ones out there and the staff if great. Our concierge Alfred and Carlos were great to deal with. Anything we needed they were on top of. The Spa is far above the others as well. We will be back soon and can’t wait to try the other Sirenis in other countries."
