JC is hands down the best server in Mexico! We travel to MX a lot and love it in Isla Mujeres! Also… the bartenders Luis, Ricardo 1 and 2…. Richie!!!! Make sure you make it a point to meet them. They will always let you know the best things on the island. I can’t wait to come back. Already booking for our next trip. MIA has the best beach and views ever! Thanks again. Very nice property. Nicely spread out. Spa was very nice. Service was mostly excellent in all areas. Restaurants were very good. Lunch ala cart options are limited unless you are serenity level. I would stay here again.
