"Going downhill fast. Shabby. Surprise fees for parking and “entertainment”."

"The room is the quality you’d expect from a Days Inn. It was clean and comfortable. The room is smaller than a normal hotel room. There was no table and chair but rather a window seat. We were on the first floor. We didn’t have a fridge in the room but there were soda and snack machines. Sound was an issue though. There were a couple girls who got into their room upstairs very late and you could hear them talking and their high heels on the wood floor. And the room next to us had a loud snorer that we could hear. Also the shower head was mounted kinda low. I’m 6’ and had to duck down to get my head wet ."

"What an overpriced hotel. The “river view” was a roof top outside our room with a sliver of water. The entire place was carpeted so our towels dripped onto a musty, mildew carpet. The amenities in the room were minimal. Went downstairs for a blanket and was almost impossible. There was some basketball tournament going on and some drunk guy screamed at me for no reason — he was a guest at the hotel. The front desk worker was wonderful and I felt bad how verbally abused he was from all the drunk people just drinking in the lobby at midnight."

"The rooms need work. Room I stayed in had extensive mold in the bathroom. Spoke with the front desk staff about it. Was supposed to get a 50% discount back through Expedia. Received a $30 refund instead."
