「The advertised queen bed was a full (smaller). The sheets had holes in them. The smoke-free room had a heavy odor of smoking in it. I would not ever book here again.」

「This is a basic hotel. It has what you need but nothing more. Staff allowed me to switch to a room with an external window. Not all rooms have them. The carpet and tile in the room was dingy and felt kind of slimy on my feet. I’d stay again for one night if I had my dog with me again」

「The stay over all was great everything was clean and the pool and hot tube were clean and insulated use! Although Our fridge didn’t work and I think there was miscommunication on our room being in use cause we had someone walk in shortly after we checked in other than that, the stay was great.」

「My room seemed clean and tidy. My room was lacking in maintenance. Poorly fitting and functioning shower fixtures. Could not get the TV to work. Called the front desk for assistance, staff said they would send someone to my room but no one came. Very disappointed.」

「This location did not match up with other Embassy Suites. Staff was very friendly, but the room we had needed a complete overhaul. The couch had tears and holes, the drapes were in shreds, there was a hole in the wall in the bathroom that had been covered with clear caulk, and pieces of tile were missing in the shower. The breakfast was very disappointing. Couldn’t cut the waffles, they broke in pieces and tasted like styrofoam, the oatmeal was empty and we were told they wouldn’t make...

「It seems the staff was trying to accuse guests of smoking in their rooms so they could charge them an extra $250,be careful if you stay there. The pillows where like toddler pillows. The shower enclosure felt like I was going to step thru it. The breakfast was always cold no matter of morning it was and less then appetizing. Don't recommend staying here.」

「Parking was safe and secure, nice outdoor area to sit and enjoy the sun!」

「Room was pretty clean. Some stains on the ceiling but otherwise good. Shower water was hot. Breakfast was ok for free but some food was cold and the biscuits had a strange taste. Waffles were good. Staff helpful」

「Was hoping for a classic cup of coffee, but it came from a machine that had very strong coffee at EXTREME hott temperature.」
