「The apartment was perfect for our needs - spotlessly clean, full kitchen, and two bathrooms, which is so handy with four people. The beds were firm and the pillows were very good quality. 「Comfy beds but cheap bedding/pillows/sheets etc. Balcony waa disgusting and dirty however everything else was very clean. Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment. Only one access key provided. Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff. Overall a lovely place.」

「The room is new, large and tidy, The equipment is also very complete. It’s impeccable. The front desk service attitude was not very good. Another thing to note is that parking is not in this Apartment, but on another street, and you have to pay an additional AU$10 each time you exit.」

「Great clean quiet hotel in a good location in Queanbeyan. Main shopping strip with some cafes and restuarants is around 10 minutes easy walk from the hotel. Located close to the local Aldi, K-mart, Woollies and Coles. Staff at check in and check out were very friendly. Room was clean and well appointed. I stayed on the top floor and was pleased to find a small lift available which made it much easier to take my bags up to the room and back down at check-in and check-out. My one small gripe is...
