"We had an amazing stay at your hotel apart the waiter at your restaurant was very unprofessional and treated us not too good and we had to leave the restaurant and had our dinner at the restaurant next door the Paragose at Argana so on our way back to the hotel complained to the hotel reception about his behaviour .other than this all the staff are amazing and the hotel is beautiful I would recommend to anyone to stay there. "The bedrooms and bathrooms clearly need renovation. The bedding and towels were very old, and although they were white, they appeared yellowish in colour. We requested fresh towels, but the replacements were in the same condition. There was also no kettle in the room to make tea or coffee, which was inconvenient."

"I found the hotel to be very welcoming this was my second visit and I must say what makes this hotel is the staff, special shout out to Mehdi, Ismail, Ayoube, Aymane and Abderahim always had a smile on their faces and as a solo traveller always open to chat. The reason I gave 4* instead of 5 is I don't feel the rooms are of 5* quality. My room was always spotless just like the rest of the hotel. Paul"
