「Service impeccable et infrastructures rénovées Merveilleuse semaine passée dans cet hôtel Tout étau parfait」

「Hotel is lovely, great facility, Great Pool, Great bars and the pool and bar staff were great. It’s a good buffet and good all inclusive. Downsides: It was very difficult to book any of the à la carte restaurants at a sensible time. My room spelled a bit foisty. Our dressing gowns were damp on arrival. We ran out of shower gel which wasn’t topped up. The WiFi is atrocious. I asked to cancel my last night on the day I arrived. I am still awaiting a response from the hotel and Expedia on...

「Absolutely terrible place to stay. Please take this warning and find somewhere better to stay. It was honestly horrible, it’s one of the worst places I’ve stayed in, in the world, and I’ve travelled to almost every continent. 1. Very poor service. At breakfast there will be no plates, cutlery or water. Staff will be standing around, doing nothing, you then have to ask staff to bring that for you. No one seems to take initiative and they’re very inattentive. 2. Very dirty/poor housekeeping....

「Nice food daily changed. Many swimming pools. Amazing staff. Just a little quieter off peak. Booked a room with private pool - but turned out it was a sharing pool and NOT a pool. It was shallow 30cm. So that’s wrongly advertised and beware. When checking out the reception staff accused us of stealing towel cards which was ridiculous and that ruined our experience right at the end. Apart from that it was a great trip」

「The female reception staff was rude, unkind and not helpful; This was my tenth time in Marokko and my worst experience; I will never recommend a Riu hotel to my friends. However, staff at dinner time was friendly, as was the male reception staff.」

「Extremely slow poor service Multiple issues with toilets Staff unresponsive」

「The room is dated and poorly maintained, and the air conditioning is not cooling properly」

「Nice staff, big rooms, good location」

「Great stay」

「Hôtel impeccable J’ai aimé mon séjour dans cet hôtel, thé marocain proposé à l’hôtel gratuitement et bon Merci pour votre accueil」
