「Not 4 star, bathrooms are disgusting and need updating as grout is mouldy and water doesn’t drain properly in the shower…really dated. Air conditioners don’t work! Bathroom stink, indoor pool not clean! rude staff telling us we can’t eat breakfast on certain tables because they didn’t want to clean more! Horrible food, so bland and really disgusting. Entertainment not always appropriate for kids even though they said it is family friendly. Never recommend to anyone, waste of money.」

「The hotel was full of cats and the room was dirty as soon as we walked in. We asked to be moved to another room and they said they would just quickly clean our room. Our sink was faulty and toilet seat was falling off. There was loud noises every morning as there was work going on. Cleaners missed a whole day of cleaning our room. 「I really enjoyed our stay here, everything was great, there is a huge selection of food, both in the main restaurant and the pool bar (burgers, pizza, salads, cakes, fruit, crepes, doughnuts....so much). You will never go hungry. There is a second restaurant on site its with a set Moroccan menu, you need to book but you don't pay more. The evening entertainment was unbelievable too. I struggle to find something that could be improved 」
