The staff were excellent, particularly the young guy who checked us in and out. He was friendly and was very helpful! We would definitely come back」

「I encountered a few issues with the room, a shower leak that flooded the bathroom, insufficient lighting and a faulty fold-out bed in the suite lounge. However, the staff took excellent care of everything. They truly have an outstanding team. I dined in the top floor bar on my first night and most late evenings were spent in the ground floor bar, where the team was consistently fantastic and always willing to make things happen. The location is superb and unbeatable. Highly recommended.」
