Breakfast was nice. Staff were super friendly and helpful! Pool area was pretty and gym was great. Only issue was the room. There was dirt on the floor and was not hoovered. The bedding had stains on it. The window was covered in smears (internally) which tainted the pool view. Pretty hotel but dirty room.
This hotel is absolutely amazing, from its decor to its friendly staff, the star rating should be way higher, from someone that travels a lot this hotel is amazing, from its amazing staff on reception, bar staff and pool staff Mohammed all amazing, had food at the hotel which was a buffet and was great with a good selection of traditional and continental foods, me and my friends will definitely be back, we absolutely loved our stay!
Great reception staff and cleaning crew however WiFi was awful in non pool view rooms and was only usable in the terrace and lobby. Some staff were occasionally dismissive as they couldn’t understand English but were okay when spoken to in French. Overall would go again but probably get a pool view for the WiFi as the WiFi was terrible unusable elsewhere. The location of this place is great as well about 20 minute walk to souk el had and the beach
The room was clean
The staff were friendly but clearly inexperienced,
The pool was okay could be much better, it could take a while to get something if you are by the pool (something to drink or eat or even a towel)
Breakfast was good
Location of the hotel is great close to the city and the beach with a lot of restaurants nearby
Stayed here for 2 nights as a quick break, I had to change room due to the patio door not staying shut. The 2nd room had female hairs all over the bed, I tried explaining to stay but they didn’t understand. Other than the previous problems, the hotel was decent & fairly new. The staff around the hotel was very polite & helpful
Overall great hotel, great breakfast !!
Our late check out "after midnigt" was ok the receptionist doesnt give us our change back, maybe better to pay the city taxe in card!
Same we ask him to do a double bed for the following night which has not been done .. i will say this receptionist was pretty useless..
Posh & Fancy hotel with a beatiful pool area. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Really bad WiFi connection even for a simple Social Media surfing. Couldn't take Whatsapp call from my room. Expensive room-service. I paid for a New Year's eve menu, where no drinks for included. Hotel doesn't have alchohold license either, so no cold beer at the pool :D
One of the best hotels you could book, especially solo travelling for females. The facilities are amazing and the staff make it ten times better. Always ready to help and there when you need them. The rooms were always stocked and cleaned everyday. Security and officers are always close by and passes are consistently checked which provides peace of mind. The breakfast was great and they even accomadated my fasts by providing room service for suhoor/sehri at 11pm. Making it convenient for me to keep my fasts without having to get dressed or walk to the cafe. The fitness facility and the lounge pool area are great!
The mini mart also has a lot, many GB items if you have definitely missed anything. It lives up to the 5 star experience. 20 min walk to Agadir Beach and to the best cafes & luxury restaurants.
The staff were helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The room was large and the bed very comfy. Towels were changed every day which was not necessary especially as Morocco has had years of drought and water is precious.
The swimming pool area was quiet and spacious.
Breakfast was very good with a huge variety of Moroccan and European options. Mostly buffet but with freshly cooked omelettes and eggs as requested.
Although there are signs for the Spa and hairdressers they do not exist.
The coffee shop did not have any sweet or savoury food options as per the description in the rooms.
A new hotel in agadir 6 months old hotel. Amazing facilities. Friendly staff. The room was clean and modern. Breakfast was diverse and good. Sometimes tv was cutting due to someone connecting their ipad or iphone from another room. The wifi was a bit bad in my room some on and off connection. Issues were communicated to the management. I also felt a bit of inexperience from staff. Then again it is a new hotel so it might be some adaption and they have good attitude and professional.

Liked: Cleanliness
I stayed at Dominium Palace as part of a group holiday with four girls. The hotel itself is stunning, with great facilities and beautiful interiors — it definitely has the potential for a luxury experience. On the first night, a curtain fell in one of our rooms just from being opened, but to their credit, the hotel staff responded quickly and resolved the issue efficiently.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was tainted by the behaviour of some staff. While a few were friendly and professional, others were rude and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. I even felt mocked and discriminated against at times, which was heartbreaking. My experience with Abdelaziz in the restaurant, in particular, was deeply upsetting and has made it clear I won’t be returning to the hotel. It’s a shame, because the setting is lovely — but the attitude of some staff members completely overshadowed that.
Really nice hotel - staff were very friendly. Few things that put us off giving it 5 stars
1. A lot of noise in mornings - sounded like cleaners. Clanking noises. And generally moving through the corridors with a lot of noise which woke us up most mornings
2. Unstable WiFi - was fine for couple days then constantly dropping signal. Hotel took long periods to address the issue. Final call out was told it was because the ‘hotel is quite busy’ - should really get better WiFi then!
3. No iron - had to ring multiple times to obtain iron. Wait times were often 30/40 mins.
This hotel has both 5 star service and is conveniently located within Agadir town centre.
Hotel staff are polite, friendly and the hotel is superbly well kept.
Wouldn't hesitate to come back to this hotel
