「My family booked a premium room at a wellness spa. This is not what we experienced. Access to the room was via a narrow staircase into the loft. No hand rails. Narrow steps. Basic health and safety issue. The room felt like a half converted loft. Curtains simply hid what was basically an area of junk. The bunk bed for the kids has a large spike just above it. If a child where to sit up quickly i they would put a hole in their head. The one loft window in the room is low down and...

「Toilet bowl sitting plate detaching and slipping is a concern. There is no water boiler nor coffee/tea set in room. Others satisfactory.」

「Bij aankomst vriendelijk welkom en uitleg over diverse zaken. Kamer is heel netjes en voldoende ruimte. Het bed is echt fantastisch! Ontbijt is prima verzorgd, ligging is heerlijk rustig en parkeren op afgesloten terrein. 」

「Parking was an additional 20 Euros per day. Breakfast was an additional 25 Euros per person per day (29 Euros if not booked through reception). No bath despite the room being described as “perfect for families”. Obviously never tried to shower two babies. Not near Ghent nor close to any convenient travel options (closest Tram is 20 minute walk away)」
