"What I liked about this hotel was the central location and friendly staff. What I didn’t like was the design of the rooms and some noise. Who puts tinted mirrors in a hotel room? Oh so cool, and yet, the lighting and mirror situation were so bad you simply had to guess (or use your own mirror) if applying makeup. The sink and mirror were outside the bathroom which was odd but manageable. Noise from the bar one of the nights was also a problem."

"We were extremely impressed by the hotel, everything from the helpful staff to the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The shower and toiletries were excellent, plus a super comfortable bed. breakfast was good with both hot and cold options. Overall I would recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate in using again."

"Hotel is right in the centre of Ghent so a perfect location for seeing the sights. Check in was quick and easy and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and had everything I needed for a couple of nights stay. Nice shampoo and conditioner along with a ‘proper’ hairdryer. There was an iron and ironing board, coffee machine and kettle and a small minibar fridge. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and had a lovely shower. I didn’t use the restaurant, bar or gym while I was there but the bar did look nice. A really nice hotel in a great location."
