"Very disappointing end to what could have been a good stay.
The hotel’s location is excellent and the room itself was perfectly fine, which makes the poor service experience even more frustrating.
The checkout interaction was frankly unacceptable. The front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and surprisingly argumentative over what should have been a simple guest query. Rather than listening or trying to help, the conversation became confrontational for no reason. Escalating the matter to the manager did not improve the situation—in fact, the same unhelpful and defensive attitude continued.
What stood out most was the complete lack of customer service mindset. Mistakes or misunderstandings can happen anywhere, but professionalism, courtesy, and a willingness to resolve issues are the minimum one expects from hospitality staff, especially management.
A hotel stay is judged not only by the room and location, but by how guests are treated. Unfortunately, the conduct of the staff at checkout left a very poor final impression, and based on that experience, I would not stay here again. And I recommend no one else does as well."
